We do not operate a public web form for SMS opt-in.
13.3 No Sale or Sharing of Consent. We do not share, sell, or rent SMS opt-in consent, mobile phone numbers, or any related consent records with any third party for any purpose, including marketing. 13.4 Message Frequency. Frequency varies and depends on the user calendar, call activity, and ongoing commitments. Typical recipients receive between zero and ten messages per week.
13.5 Opt-Out. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to any message from Simple AI. STOP is honored immediately and the recipient is permanently removed from the contact list. Aliases including STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT are also honored. After processing a STOP request, the recipient will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS messages, unless the recipient subsequently re-initiates contact.
13.6 Help. Recipients may reply HELP, INFO, or SUPPORT for assistance. The automated reply will provide our support email ([email protected]) and a link to this Privacy Policy.
13.7 Carriers and Costs. Message and data rates may be charged by the recipient mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
13.8 Data Retention. SMS content, recipient phone numbers, opt-in timestamps, and opt-out records are stored only for service operation, compliance, and audit.
